Hello, Vernal Equinox, the day when night and day are the same length. The Earth’s Yang energy is back and gearing up to do its part with Yin energies to grow the new this year. We walk this part of the year in alignment with the Earth by examining the light and shadow, the male and female the  opposites within ourselves. This season asks that we bring ourselves into right balance, internally. Externally will come later on in the year. This is the time to get into the core wounds between our male and female energies, and do some self-healing.

That might seem like a lot of work or even an invitation to your own personal house of horrors—because facing your own fears can often be the most difficult, scary thing you will ever do. But the truth is that facing our fears is a necessary process. It’s how we gear up to open up ourselves to change and move out of our comfort zones. When we heal our oldest wounds, we create space for others to do the same, as we are all connected

From this balanced state, the seeds we will plant this season have the best chance to sprout and grow, for the highest possible outcome.

Ho-oponopono for Right Balance

Ho'oponopono means, "cause things to move back in balance" or to "make things right". It is an ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice that accepts that we are all connected, that the world we experience is our collect dream created from a shared consciousness. And that we have a responsibility to everything around us.

It works by shifting your perspective from suffering and pain to reconciliation and love. The prayer itself is a related set of words, potent with intention. These are, I'm sorry, Forgive me, Thank you, I love you.

I'm Sorry is about accepting responsibility for your part in the experience you are trying to reconcile. It's not meant to be a confession of guilt or shame, though you may have these feelings, as the end intention is not suffering through punishment or avoidance of accountability. It is to take accountability with the intention of repair.

Forgive Me is about forgiving others and yourself for any harm caused. The intention here is to acknowledge that we all make mistakes and this is an opportunity for repair and making things right.

Thank You is about appreciating all the learning and growth that came out of the experience—the good, the bad, all of it.

I Love You is about acknowledging that love connects and fuels us all—our beings, our connections to each other, Creation itself. Love really is all our reasons.

Ho'oponopono is a way of healing the whole by healing yourself. When you are harmonious within yourself, you bring harmony to your experiences, relationships and the world around you.

Green tea, hailed for its refreshing taste and numerous health benefits, has a rich history steeped in lore and tradition. Beginning in China thousands of years ago, green tea was initially consumed for its medicinal properties. It was believed to promote longevity, boost energy, and aid in digestion. Over time, green tea became a staple in Chinese culture, revered for its role in promoting overall well-being. It is one of the seven ingredients once considered essential for daily life in ancient China, together with firewood, rice, cooking oil, salt, soya sauce and vinegar.

In addition to its medicinal uses, green tea has been valued for its cosmetic benefits since ancient times. Chinese and Japanese women used green tea topically to nourish the skin, reduce inflammation, and combat signs of aging. In aromatherapy, green tea is a modifier, a harmonizer. That means it's the kind of aroma that collaborates well with another to create a whole new Aroma. It's more than two aromas just blending—it is more like two aromas getting together and redefining based on their relationship. Since ancient times, Ferns have been used for cosmetics and medicine. In traditional Chinese medicine, fern is used to support bones and cure ear issues. In Native American medicine, infusions of fern stems, or poultices made from leaves are used to treat skin sores and boils; leaves were chewed as a remedy for sore throats or tonsillitis.
