YOUR MORNING RITUAL

Gentle Cleansing
Ayurveda recommends cleansing with oils or natural exfoliants. CREAMY WASH is the best of both.
Everyday: Wash your hands and wet your face. Spread a thin layer of CREAMY WASH on your face, avoiding your eyes. Gently massage the cream into your skin; then remove cream with a damp washcloth. Rinse your face with warm water. Dry your face with a clean towel.
CLEANSING VARIATIONS

When your Skin feels too Oily
Use FACIAL OILS to oil cleanse Take half a dropperful into your palm. Spread Oils over your face and gently massage into your skin. Use a damp warm washcloth to gently rub your skin. Rinse your face and dry with a clean towel.

When your Skin feels Dry & Ashy
Take 1/2 teaspoon of Mask Grains, add water to make a paste. Apply the mask in a thin layer onto your face and neck, avoiding eyes. When ready, use the tips of your fingers, gently massage the mask in circles to exfoliate. Then rinse with warm water and dry your face.

Cool and Tone
Ayurveda recommends hydrating your skin after cleansing with botanical teas or waters. This soothes, cools, and nourishes your skin biome based on your Dosha’s needs.
Everyday: Close your eyes and spray your face with HYDRATING SPRITZ; or spray 3 pumps into your palm and spread the liquid on your face with your hands. Allow your face to air dry—this gives your skin time to absorb nutrients. Focus on the cooling sensation on your skin.

Moisturize and Massage
Ayurveda recommends using nourishing oils to deeply moisturize, ease dryness, feed your skin biome and protect your skin barrier.
Everyday: Apply dots of MOISTURIZING on your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, and neck.
Using your fingertips and medium pressure, gently massage the cream into your skin. This ancient Ayurveda practice loosens toxins, improves skin health, enhances circulation, and gives skin its Glow.
Let your skin rest for a few minutes to soak in the goodness before applying sunscreen or makeup.
MOISTURIZING VARIATIONS

Take some MOISTURIZING into your palm. Add a few drops of FACIAL OILS for additional dryness support and protection. Blend together in your palm. Apply as usual.

Use FACIAL OILS to moisturize, repair and protect your skin Take a half dropper full in your palm, rub your hands together to warm the oils, and apply to your face and neck. Gently massage the oils into your skin.

AND DURING THE WEEK

Exfoliate and Masque
Ayurveda recommends using plant powders, extracts and clays to gently exfoliate, removing dull dead skin, helping to unclog pores while feeding your skin biome
Weekly - Treat yourself to a leave-on mask. Use a tablespoon of MASK GRAINS blended with water
Mask Option 1: If your skin is feeling dry, add a pump of FACIAL OIL
Mask Option 2: If your skin is feeling more oily, add a pump of HYDRATING SPRITZ.
Mask Option 3: If you have had a break out, add a a teaspoon of Manuka honey or Yogurt
Apply the mask thinly, avoiding eyes and mouth. Leave for 20 minutes, then gently massage off with fingers or a damp cloth. Rinse with warm water and follow with HYDRATING SPRITZ and MOISTURIZING or FACIAL OILS.
